We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager working with an established D&B contractor in Central London.
The Projects you will be managing are D&B commercial fit outs within the value of £2M - £8M.
The ideal Project Manager must have/be:
Commercial Fit Out Experience
Be a good team player and leader
A good track record of delivering fit out projects
Act as an on-site client representative/liaison
Experience managing a multi-disciplined site team
A trade background (desirable but not essential)
Experience dealing with day-to-day operational issues
Managing contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines and expectations
Cost control
Programme and progress reporting
Attending and leading client and professional team meetings
The ability to plan and programme projects with knowledge of planning software
Health & Safety management; over-viewing and compiling risk assessments and method statements as necessary for all site tasks
Understanding of risks, conducting assessments and management
Neighbourhood relationship management - knowledge of CCS desirable but not essential
Inspections of contractor works etc that may necessitate working at heights, climbing/traversing scaffolds
Collation and preparation of closeout schedules including O&M manuals
