What is the role all about:
Our Microsoft Office 365 team will mandate to effectively and efficiently screen and route customers to the appropriate specialized technical queue. Commercial agents will assist in redirecting Professional and Premier Customers to the relevant on premise or on-cloud support lines of business. Agents must be familiar with Microsoft products and technologies to accurately route calls to the right technical team. Agents will be required to entitle and create tickets for Commerce related questions, in the relevant tools.
The perfect candidate has:
- Good communication skill in Italian,both written and verbal;
- Advanced level of English language is mandatory;
- Strong communication and problem solving skills;
- Familiar with Windows OS, Office 365 package will be considered as an advantage;
- Ability to multitask among multiple customer contacts and tools;
- Knowledge in technical terminology will be considered as an advantage.
