Adecco are looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join an incredible sales team in Irlam working for a close-knit team taking inbound enquiries over the telephone, email and social media platforms. You will create and maximise sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach whilst maintaining excellent customer relations. Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy office environment by supporting the work of management and other members of the team.

This is a permanent, full-time role.

Your Daily Duties:

Provide a high level of service to all customers to meet standards set by the organisation
Have a confident telephone manor to be able to recommend the best products suited to customers' needs
Have confidence to explore opportunities & upsell associated products and services
Provide product information and official quotes to customer over the phone & by email
Follow up the quotes by chasing customer over phone & email
Answer customer & supplier enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and courteous manner
Meet customer needs, solutions to any problems they may have and most importantly gain and maintaining an excellent relationship with each customer
Record all customer communications and opportunities accurately in our CRM Salesforce.
Obtain and record customer product information to secure future business
Continually develop knowledge of the products we offer
Achieve sales targets set and annual objectivesWorking Hours: Monday - Friday (no weekends) 9:00am - 5:00pm

Hybrid Working Model - Work from home 2 days per week after probation period - set out on a rota

Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 per annum - plus bonus after probation period!!

Location: Irlam, Manchester

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Sales - have experience in customer service / sales taking inbound & making outbound calls
Targets / KPI's - proven track record of exceeding targets
Communication - have strong verbal, writing and listening skills.
Teamwork - be a team player and build positive working relationships that help everyone to achieve company goals and business objectives.
Organisation - be able to prioritise, work efficiently and productively, and manage your time well. Have an ability to decide what is important to focus on and get done.
Motivation - show enthusiasm and initiative.
Ability to work under pressure - be able to multitask and function to the best of your ability within a busy office environment
Commercial awareness - have a knowledge of how a business or industry works and what makes a company tick. Understand what an organisation wants to achieve through their products and services, and how it competes in its marketplace.
Personal Skills - be well presented, excellent at time keeping, flexible and enjoy working with like-minded individuals.
