Product Retrieval Researcher - Positions Available in Siem Reap, Sihanoukille and Battambang




Product purchasing on behalf of a FMCG Multinational Client.


Our client is a leading global beer manufacturer. We are seeking a person to purchase samples which will be sent to Ireland for testing. You will be required to visit approximately 6 stores in your area each quarter. Depending on your location you will need to purchase between 18 and 54 samples which will be shipped to Eolas offices in Ireland via courier each quarter.

Upon completion of sample purchasing data is entered via an online portal. This data is reviewed by your Eolas manager and once approved you will be required to label the samples, pack them into supplied boxes and contact the agreed local courier. Upon receipt of samples in Eolas they are tested by the client to ensure that the samples are produced to the standard expected. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following; purchasing beer samples, data collection, and making courier arrangements. You will have the opportunity to be part of our expanding team within your location and country.


We require a trustworthy and hardworking person, who is willing to be trained and accept feedback on factors including purchasing and product rating to ensure the high standards of Eolas International. The candidate would need to be settled long-term in the location and be able to give a certain commitment to remain with Eolas for some time. You will gain a detailed insight into FMCG product assessment and quality.

This role would suit people looking to gain experience in the field of market research, working hours are flexible so this role could easily be completed by those in full time or part time employment. The work is completed each month – generally the last week of each month. The work should take approximately 7 hours per month (in some locations this will be higher). You will receive specific instruction on the date to purchase samples, the date to have all data uploaded and the date to have samples shipped.


Communication skills, candidate must have good written and spoken English, as well as the local language.
