Position: Financial Manager
Period of Contract: Permanent Full Time

Compensation: $54 per hour
Hours per week: 35-40 hours per week

Job Description:
Lead the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
Manage and direct all financial operations of the company, implement and enhance financial policies, systems and processes for efficiency and mitigate risk.
Analyze financial data and performance metrics, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements and documentations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide efficient cost management and control project based budgets.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and reporting deadlines to maintain the company's financial integrity and reputation.
Capture talents and maintain a capable financial team, offering training and support when necessary.
Represent the company to liaise with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, commerce, accounting, or a related field is required.
2. Three to five years relevant experience is necessary.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
