Job Duties:
1. Gather information on the features and benefits of our diverse construction projects, including single-family homes, condominiums, commercial developments, and recreational properties, to support the development of marketing and advertising strategies.
2. Offer strategic advice to clients and internal teams on marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities tailored to the diverse range of projects.
3. Create and implement comprehensive strategies and content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with family values and business goals.
4. Develop and maintain the company's social media presence, managing customer reviews and leveraging positive testimonials to enhance brand reputation.
5. Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to understand the interests and concerns of key target groups, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
6. Prepare detailed reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases to effectively communicate projects and achievements.
7. Arrange interviews, news conferences, and other media events, acting as the spokesperson and answering written and oral inquiries to maintain positive media relations.
8. Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for both internal and external audiences, enhancing visibility and reputation.
9. Assist in the preparation of high-quality brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials that effectively showcase projects and capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. At least a College diploma is required, major in marketing, communications, business is an assest; possess equivalent professional experience in the related fields is preferred.
2. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
4. Experience with social media management, content creation, and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
5. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
