IWE Study is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant in the educational sector to help us with the overall office administration. Preferred candidate would be a highly motivated and dedicated person who is familiar with the education system and can work independently. This person will support multiple people in our organization, so he or she must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, manage ambiguity with intellect and poise, and able to learn relevant facets of our organization quickly.

Detailed Job Duties:
1. Ensure day-to-day operational procedures are strictly followed and administrative tasks are completed on schedule 
2. Manage, compile and organize documents for administration purpose and report to the Directors 
3. Review and revise if necessary on agendas, meeting minutes, brochures, and other internal reports 
4. Produce research result and report on study programs, course design, and enrollment system for top schools in BC 
5. Identify improvement opportunities in IWE general office procedures, assist the Directors in establish and execute procedures, policies, operation manual for office and programs designed by IWE 
6. Assist the Directors in inspecting and enhancing the rules for the IWE learning centre students 
7. Assist tutors and consultants in arranging the schedule for students' courses and programs  
8. Coordinate events and activities, may work outside of the office in coordinating these events or activities 
9. Assign tasks and duties to staff and students for learning programs and activities, and provide direction for completion 
10. Follow-up with students with academic process, and provide necessary assistance in enrollment service 
11. Provide initial training and ongoing coaching for new staff on IWE office procedures, including mailing, scheduling, photocopying, and printing 
12. Answer calls and email inquiries, and distribute mails and incoming inquiries to appropriate person 
13. Greet students, walk-in clients with welcoming attitudes, respond to questions and requests for information 
14. Ensure the safety of students and handle any unexpected urgent situation with professionalism 
15. Maintain, upgrade and enhance IWE information system and procedures for office administrative support 
16. Oversee and update IWE online and social media content to promote IWE strategic projects and programs 
17. Complete other administrative duties assigned by Directors 
Job Requirements:
1. Two years of experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant
2. Knowledge of the educational system of Canada, familiar with local educational institutions, summer camps, and other related educational programs.
3. Minimum college diploma
4. Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
5. Good research skills and attention to detail
6. Knowledge of office information system, social media, and web.
7. Friendly attributes and welcoming service standard, able to work with students
8. Able to work during the evenings and on Saturdays
