Administrative Officers (NOC: 1221)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $26.00/Hour - 40 hrs./week
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services.
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Prepare data and periodic reports and correspondence
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
• Minimum 2 years experience in admin/management positions.
• Ability to work in a busy environment in the construction company.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently as well as prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team
