Job Duties:
- Plant, Cultivate, irrigate, prune and harvest crops, remove weeds, sort, grade and canning farm produce.
- Maintain equipment, examine produce for quality and prepare for market, thinning, hand harvesting fruits.
- Set and monitor water line, air flow and temprature in barns, keep irrigation ditches clear and well maintained.
- Ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are strictly followed.
- Detect disease and health problems in crops.
Job Requirements:
- Other related duties as required.
Skills Requirement: ability to work outside and lift 50lbs.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physical demanding, walking bending crouching & kneeling.
