- Communicating electronically or in person with the software users facing difficulties.
- Execute solutions with references from guides, manual and other documents.
- Provide advice and real time assistance to the user.
- Perform follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect information and maintain problems & solutions log for the users.
- Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken.
- Redesign & update applications and software if required.
- Assist clients with the installation of upgrades.
- Provide proper network, internet support to the users.
- Completion of Secondary School Education is required.
- Minimum Post-Secondary Education in the same field required.
