 - Produce a list of traits we should focus on promoting by examining the attributes and features of our company and summarize the advantages of our services against the competitors to;

 - Collect and analyze the promoting materials; form a comprehensive advertising strategy to inform the management and carry out the plan on various media including traditional paper and digital online mediums;

 - Sort and review the raw data received from surveys and public questionnaires to determine the reception and reputation of our service as well as filing the most criticized aspect for the purpose of future improvement;

 - Monitor the effectiveness of all promotion campaigns and analyze the feedback from clients gathered by sales personnel in order to acquire first-hand information on what part of the promotion plan needs change or modification;

 - Plan, start and operate official accounts on various social medias;

 - Occasionally organize publicity events on our social media and in the local community and real state industry to attract more potential new clients;

 - Attend any industry related events to promote the business;

 - Plan and execute internal staff activities and all customer appreciation events;

 - Predict the budget of the promoting activities and present to management with highlight of goals, target groups and estimated effectiveness;

 - Ensure our final creative marketing products undergo regular review and conform to our brand image.



 - A Bachelor’s Degree is required to apply;

 - At least one year of marketing experience is required;

 - Background with promotion content creating is preferred;

 - Strong organization and prioritization skills;

 - Proficiency with all social media, including but not limited to WeChat, Instagram, Twitter and web analysis tools like Google Analytics as well as high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;

 - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and collaborative environment;

 - Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills;

 - Must be fluent in English; fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset;
