Duties & responsibilities:

1. Review and modify the current policies and operational procedures of the sales division, may establish new rules and service standards where necessary for achieving maximum profitability

2. Clearly communicating job expectation to staff, planning and assigning tasks specific to different regions, monitor the entire sales process by tracking updates from lead to order

3. Interface with the marketing department to grasp the company’s marketing strategy, communicate the insight to the sales team and revise sales procedure in line with our marketing plans

4. Hire, train and develop sales representatives, guide staff towards maximum performance, improve sales procedures and negotiations strategies on the go

5. Expand customer base by identifying potential customers, direct sales representatives to develop targeted audience, and to sustain loyalty of key accounts by making periodic visits; manage and direct sales personnel in negotiating contracts to reach advantageous deals;

6. Develop the sales strategy for newly designed kitchen products, organize showroom visiting and other promotional events for corporate clients          to recognize the advantages of our products  


Education & Qualifications:

l A college diploma or above is a must

l 3 years+ experience in the field of trade market is usually required

l Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build durable customer relations

l Exceptional in MS Office software

l Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
