Lead team members to solicit corporations, associations and other like entities for business opportunities in assigned markets.
Maintain and manage current group accounts to ensure return business.
Professionally and knowledgeably present our solutions to clients and explain technical details if they are interested.
Inspire the team to deliver a superior and consistent customer experience all the time.
Oversee the recruitment and training processes of new staff members.
Keep up-to-date on current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies
Have a bachelor’s degree in telecommunication, engineering, information technologies or related areas.
Strong business and financial acumen to understand the cost-saving needs of the prospects and to determine which prospects and opportunities are worth pursuing.
Proven ability to qualify leads, use consultative approach to sales and close deals.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking, planning, time management and decision making skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and retain strong client relationships.
Good knowledge of software, especially analysis software in the field of telecommunication services.
Minimum three years proven sales managerial experience preferably with a telecommunication company or similar business-to-business sales environment.
