As a food service supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Supervise and participate in the execution of food and beverage operations.
2. Recruit, train and supervise kitchen and service staff.
3. Monitor staff to maintain the highest quality of service levels for restaurant customers.
4. Evaluate food and service to assure that quality standards are consistently achieved.
5. Improve and update menu selection to ensure that restaurant has new attractive options depends on seasons change.
6. Manage the maintenance of kitchen equipment and food storage and refrigeration areas.
7. Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen and dining areas at all times.
8. Maintain strong food and beverage knowledge.
9. Establish work schedules and procedures.
10. Review and obtain feedback from the employees.
Completion of secondary school
Minimum 1-year experience of customer service management in restaurant
Excellent oral communication skill
Basic computer (POS) knowledge
