H&W 786 Inc. is looking for a General Manager (GM). As a GM you will playa pivotal role in leading and managing the organization's operations, strategy, and overallperformance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the company delivers high-quality services to its clients while achieving its financial and operational objectives. You will be responsible for settingthe company's vision, developing business strategies, fostering a culture of quality, and driving growthand profitability.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction to drive organizational growth and success.
Identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and threats, and make informed decisions to position the company for long-term sustainability and competitiveness.

Corporate Governance:
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to ethical standards and corporate governance best practices.
Provide guidance and support to the Board of Directors and executive team on matters related to corporate governance, risk management, and corporate responsibility.

Financial Management:
Oversee the development and implementation of financial strategies, budgets, and plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor financial performance, analyze financial data, and take corrective actions as needed to optimize financial results and ensure the company's financial health.

Business Development:

Lead business development efforts to identify new growth opportunities, expand market presence, and diversify revenue streams.
Foster strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with key stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance market position.
Organizational Management:
Build and maintain a high-performing executive team capable of executing the company's strategic objectives and driving operational excellence.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across the organization, promoting employee engagement and development.

Stakeholder Relations:
Cultivate positive relationships with shareholders, investors, customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to build trust and credibility in the market.
Represent the company in public forums, industry events, and media appearances to enhance its reputation and visibility.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess risks to the organization's reputation, operations, and financial performance, and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential adverse impacts.
Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls, compliance programs, and crisis management protocols to safeguard the company's interests.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a GM or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of driving organizational growth and profitability.
Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced degree in business administration, management, or a related field; additional certifications or qualifications may be preferred.
