Collections Agent – Leeds
 
We are looking for a Collections Agent to join a rapidly growing client of ours who are a commercial energy supplier with a focus on green energy. They are currently recruiting for a Collections Agent to be able to handle and coordinate collections processes with their customer base. Interested? Take a look below:
 
Duties
Contact customers via phone and email to negotiate and arrange payment of debts.
Analyse accounts to find root cause of non-payment issues.
Work closely with internal departments to address and resolve customer queries.
Provide customers with regular updates on account statuses.  
Experience
Previous experience in a credit, debt, or collections position.
Strong communication skills.
A desire to solve problems and work with internal and external stakeholders to identify best solutions.
Energy industry knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.  
Location – Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
 
Salary: £26,000
