Responsibilities:
Commission and Test Systems: Oversee the startup, configuration, and testing of BMS systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and address technical issues, delivering efficient and sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with design, installation, and customer support teams to deliver seamless project execution.
Client Interaction: Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they understand and can maximize their systems' potential.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of commissioning processes and system performance.
What We're Looking For:
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in BMS commissioning, HVAC systems, or related fields.
Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation) or equivalent.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with leading BMS platforms like Tridium, Siemens, or Schneider.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
