Head of Talent Acquisition Operations - Costa Rica

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition Operations to support our Global Head of Talent Acquisition and the team of Recruitment Managers across 7 locations. You will be an expert in recruiting highly sought-after candidates in the technology or IT industry, developing and executing strategies to proactively identify, engage and recruit the best-fit talent. An essential contributor to our high-performing team, the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations will deputize for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and support the Recruitment Managers in all aspects of delivery and people projects.

Duties and responsibilities
Experience in an international environment
Extensive Recruitment Marketing experience, you should be able to support on best source strategies and how to improve applicant flow.
Support delivery in the sites by analysing performance ratios and looking for process improvements.
Engage with Global Recruitment Coordinator and Global Head of Talent Acquisition on strategic people projects including high performer analysis, employer branding and others.
Represent Talent Acquisition to senior leadership supporting the vision
Create and attend training for all grades of recruiters.
Support Technology Roll out.
Proven experience in recruitment at a leadership level
Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, willing to work over time, love contact and networking with people
Excellent communication in English
