MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting new clients who have shown an interest in opening a trading account
  • Maximises all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable
  • Know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client
  • Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services
  • Working to achieve all sales/conversion targets on a consistent basis
  • To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon
  • Understanding of what motivates clients
  • Entering and updating client information into the internal CRM System.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluent in English both in verbal and written
  • Good computer skills with working knowledge of Word/Excel
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and target oriented individual
  • Previous sales or customer service experience will be considered a significant advantage but not needed
  • Training Provided
