What you’ll do
Based in our Larnaca Office, you’ll take calls from customers in the United States who are either thinking of leaving video streaming service, interested in joining our video streaming service or want to change their existing package. You’ll find out why they want to switch from their current service provider and what we can offer them that meets their needs.
How you’ll do it
Sales experience isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your brilliant listening skills and ability to understand what customers want. You’ll also have a healthy streak of ambition and a passion to sell with lots of confidence.

Due to this vacancy supporting our U.S based residential customers, you will be required to work late evening shifts from 6 pm to 3 am, with two rest days per week. Outstanding spoken and written English is essential for this role.
