Oversee is an award winning vacation rental management company along 30A that is seeking a talented Social Media individual to join their team. Oversee has grown from 4,000 IG followers in 2023, to 95,000 followers in 2024. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to Oversee's online platforms. You will work closely with the co-founder to develop and implement creative and compelling social media content that aligns with the company's brand identity. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, skilled in social media management, and has a passion for digital marketing. $45,000 + incentives & benefits.
Responsibilities
Create, manage and publish high-quality content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted social media campaigns
Assist with managing social media advertising campaigns
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create engaging and creative content
Proficient in social media management and analytics tools
Experience with social media advertising campaigns
Basic photography and graphic design skills
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
