A leading financial services company regulated by CySEC is seeking an Office Manager for their offices in Limassol.


Type of Employment:  Full Time

Location:  Limassol, Cyprus


Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies, refreshments etc
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Handling petty cash
  • Hosting the Company’s guests
  • Dealing with office correspondence (phone calls, emails and postal correspondence)
  • Assisting with the recruitment process and Visa applications
  • Submitting employee’s documentation to the Migration and Social Insurance Departments
  • Helping with paper work (certifications, apostilles, etc) and filing paperwork
  • Other tasks from the heads departments

Job requirements and competencies:

  • Strong English and Greek communication skills both verbal and written – a must
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative and professionalism
  • Planning and decision making ability with a hands on approach
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • Confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • University degree – not a must but nice to have
