EXSUS TRUST is the trust and corporate administration division of EXSUS the international consulting firm ( with offices in Athens, Dubai, London, Moscow, Nicosia and Tel Aviv. We pride ourselves in the quality of service to our clients and on our staff.


We currently wish to employ two experienced Corporate Services Administrators to be based at our offices in Nicosia.




1.     University Degree in Law, Business Administration, or any other related subject,

2.     Two or more years of relevant experience in reputable trust firm in a similar position,

3.     Computer literacy including MS Office,

4.     Good communication skills and confidence in leading group conversations,

5.     Pleasant manner and customer-oriented approach,

6.     Excellent organizational skills,

7.     Knowledge of Quorum would be considered an advantage,

8.     Additional language would be considered an advantage.



·        Company formations in Cyprus, UK, BVI, Seychelles, Belize and worldwide,

·        Handling own portfolio of clients,

·        Liaising daily with banks and agents in Cyprus and overseas,

·        Liaising with auditors and tax authorities,

·        Preparation of corporate documentation,

·        Execution of documents received from clients,

·        Collection and evaluation of KYC documents and preparation of compliance files,

·        Invoicing and following up with clients for payment,

·        Execution of payments on behalf of clients.
