Salary Range:
363,190 to 453,988 CZK gross
Shift pattern:
3 shifts
Morning (6:00 -14:30)
Afternoon shift (14:00-22.00)
Night shift (22:00- 06:00) – currently not active shift, we planned it for future
Czech language is must have
General Requirements:
Suitable candidates will mainly have hard milling and EDM (erode) and EDM – wire experience.
Operators will be educated in a technical sector, with experiences with the CNC machines.
The role:
A CNC Operator is required to join Spare Part Manufacturing Team. This team is responsible for rapid prototyping of tooling used to produce sample preforms or closures.
Scheduling priorities may change daily. Most manufacturing is small batch (less than 4 pieces) requiring multiple set-ups each day.
Ideal candidates for this role have experience in Hard Mill, Lathes, Grinding operations & EDM
Need to be comfortable working on multiple machining centres, as required.
Setting-up and operating CNC machines in accordance with approved, safe work procedures
Machining parts to tight tolerances ensuring conformance to specifications
Creating jigs and fixtures as required for efficient manufacture of parts
Completing work orders and associated documents, assigning materials and labour as required
Conducting routine maintenance operations on shop equipment
Must contribute to the continuous improvement of the operation
Machinery & control system experience:
Index turning machine with the control system, “Siemens 840 D”
Okuma turn/milling centre with an Okuma own control system it’s similar to, “Fanuc”
DMG milling machine with the control system, “Heidenhain TNC30”
Hembrug turning machine with the control system, “Siemens 840 D”
Studer grinding machines with the control system, “Fanuc”
College diploma or certified apprenticeship program
Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment are mandatory
Experience in mould making is a benefit
Ability to read and understand GD&T symbols, blueprints and CAD drawings
Previous work experience in Grinding, Roughing and Finishing
Lean experience
Strong Team Player
Strong communication skills
Commitment to Safe Operating Procedures
Flexible with rotating shift work as required
