CASH APP TEAM MEMBER (German or French or Spanish speaker)

The Cash Application EMEA Team Member ensures timely and accurate posting of cash transactions, insurance payments, adjustments, manual denials, insufficient funds and checks/debit transactions that are received via mail.

Main Responsabilities

• Allocate customer payments/receipts as quickly and accurately as possible (automatically where possible)
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on unallocated cash
• Initiate investigations of unallocated cash, working closely with local collection staff to resolution
• Resolve allocation issues with the country
• Proactively work on direct customer contact to get payment details
• Responsible for continuous improvement of the cash allocation process

Requirements

• Good IT skills, particularly Excel, Experience of ERP systems, particularly SAP
• Ability to work at all levels and across departments within the organization
• Must be fluent in either of the following languages: German, French or Spanish and have fluency in English as well

Desiderable to Haves
• Post School Accounting Qualification
• Accounting experience within a commercial organization
• Educated to degree level in Business
• Good command of English language (including written). Interviews will be conducted in English
