Function
- You are responsible for implementing and/or maintaining SAP HCM solutions. You serve as the point of contact for SAP HCM-related inquiries from the client.
- You are accountable for the successful implementation of SAP for clients. In addition to new implementations, you also handle modifications or extensions of implementations.
- You customize the modules to meet the client's needs and provide support in using these modules.
- You aim to contribute to the development of the SAP Business within an organization.
- You manage communication with clients and strive to enhance processes and procedures related to personnel and organization.
Who are we looking for?
- You are fascinated by the HR world and have previous experience as a consultant in SAP HCM.
- You are familiar with one or more of the following SAP HCM modules: PA, Time, Payroll, Interfacing.
- You are eager to expand your expertise in SAP.
- You are service-oriented, enjoy helping people, understand what matters to them, and can convey this to others.
- You are quick to learn, take initiative, can independently plan your work, and are solution-oriented.
- You are flexible and resilient to stress.
- You are a team player, focus on solutions, and take ownership.
- Giving and receiving feedback is comfortable for you.
- You are bilingual NL/FR. Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Availability for at least half-time work.
- Available at short notice.
- Project duration of at least 3 months with the possibility of extension
