Divemare Caribbean is an independent distributor and service center for dive training and equipment in the Caribbean territory. Our market is mainly focused on dive professionals and diving operators (B2B) on the central and eastern islands of the Caribbean. The company’s headquarters is based on the Dominican Republic. Divemare Group is aiming to become the leading independent distributor on the market in the Caribbean territory and aiming to future expansions on the South-American market and is continuously evaluating other opportunities.
In order to support the President and Vice President with an (m/f): EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Profile and qualifications
§ A high level in English, and good knowledge of Spanish (ideally more languages)
§ Minimum 2-5 years of successful relevant professional experience
§ A bachelor’s degree in languages or translation, if not, a secretarial background with outstanding language and communication skills
§ General computer literacy, enjoying working with different databases, excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and G-Suite
§ Top-notch administrative skills with the ability to handle follow-up and juggle multiple activities
§ Exceptionally well-organized and proactive attitude
§ Ability to communicate and interact effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels
§ Ability to maintain confidential information and have the ability to field phone calls with professionalism, tact, common sense and persistency.
§ Strong interpersonal skills
§ Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when needed
