Medical Departures’ Inside Sales agents are responsible for helping American & Canadian patients book their medical & dental appointments at our global clinics via www.medicaldepartures.com & www.dentaldepartures.com. Work duties to be carried out remotely in coordinator's home or work space. Patient coordinators are available via phone, live chat, social media and email to assist Medical Departure patients with every aspect of planning and coordinating their global dental and medical care.
Convert phone calls, chats, emails from Americans & Canadians into dental & medical bookings at dental/medical clinics in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Spain, Poland etc.
Coordinate appointment bookings between dental providers and patients in English and/ French/ German/ Italian or Spanish.
Recommend promotions which can help patients save money on their medical or dental treatment
Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
Daily tracking and monitoring of Sales funnel, conversions, and projections
Proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries or complaints
Upgradel patients by recommending higher-value dental or medical treatments
Capture customer information, including email addresses, phone numbers, desired healthcare destination & medica/dental procedures for future follow-up
Adjust sales presentation based on success/fail averages
Coordinate with other departments (Sales managers, Marketing department);
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems
Fluently English Written, Read and Speak
Excellent in French/ German/ Italian or Spanish.
Excellent phone skills, Good personalities.
Travel savvy; must have international travel experience
Prior sales experience
Prior customer service or hospitality experience
Experience tracking/maintaining a sales funnel & use or CRM/CMS systems
Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment
Prompt and ready to service clients at airport, hotels, hospitals/clinics
Experience working with clientele of diverse ages backgrounds, experience with elderly clients a plus
Weekend availability when required
Excellent overall communication skills
Ability to handle high volume of email and phone traffic (leads & prospects)
A plus-Technical familiarity & knowledge of dental/medical procedures & terminology
A plus- Experience with medical, hospital field.
