Job Title: Senior Cost Manager
Location: Europe (Rotation: 3 weeks on-site, 1 week from home)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to play a key role in managing and delivering mission-critical projects across Europe. As part of a major player in the industry, you'll work on a diverse project pipeline that spans data centres, industrial facilities, and high-tech infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cost management across large-scale construction projects
Oversee budgeting, cost planning, and commercial reporting
Ensure project costs are aligned with client expectations and industry standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Engineers
Provide expert advice on risk management, procurement, and contracts
Monitor project progress to meet financial objectives
