To keep pace with our continued growth, we're seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking CSA Construction Manager to join our expanding team in Finland.

The Role
As a CSA Construction Manager, you'll be at the heart of some of the most technical and fast-paced projects in the data centre sector. You'll lead the Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the entire CSA scope, ensuring safety and quality are top priorities.
Lead the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers, and package managers, driving efficiency and technical excellence.
Manage site safety alongside the Project Manager and Safety Team, fostering a proactive safety culture.
Plan, monitor, and track procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works.
Develop project delivery strategies, supporting the commercial team with sub-contract packages.
Review client designs, resolve discrepancies, and protect the company's commercial interests.
Ensure project compliance with detailed Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans.
Monitor sub-contractor activities, progress, and resource levels to stay on schedule.
Host weekly progress meetings, issue reports, and ensure timely information flow between teams.
Manage all sub-contractor documentation and support project close-out, including punch lists and safety files.

To excel in this role, you'll need:
A degree in Construction or a similar qualification.
A minimum of 7 years of CSA construction site experience, ideally managing large-scale projects.
Proven experience in managing CSA work packages and leading construction teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay focused on the bigger picture while handling technical challenges.
A solid background in scheduling, programming, and resource management.
