Based in Spalding (Hybrid working)

37.5 hours per week or would consider 30 hours per week

08.30am - 5pm

What we do.

We are the leading provider of fresh prepared food in the UK, with an international presence in the US and China. Our 19,000 employees operate from 39 locations, developing and producing innovative food for a wide variety of occasions and budgets. In the UK, we work with leading grocery retailers, focusing on their own label brands.

About the role.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide a professional partnering service to deliver all Talent Acquisition activities across the business sector ensuring current and future Talent Acquisition needs are met across both the Volume and Salaried population. 

About you.

Experience working as a business partner with senior stakeholder manager experience in a matrix organisation 

Previous experience of working within a shared service recruitment function across a complex matrix organisation

Proven ATS experience or equivalent 

Sound influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally

Creative and innovative with a willingness to challenge the status quo

Sound problem solving ability

Proactive

Ability to challenge constructively at all levels

Flexibility in approach and thinking

Ability to work under own initiative

High attention to detail and quality of work

Proven track record of delivering a quality talent acquisition service across multiple sites
