We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CSA Quantity Surveyor to join our team on an exciting project in Helsinki, Finland. This role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with an expert team on cutting-edge projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a CSA Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in the financial and contractual management of civil, structural, and architectural packages:

Commercial Oversight: Assess the agreed tender, compare it to the actual scope of works, and manage cost variations for CSA and M&E packages.
Contractor Liaison: Act as the commercial link between contractors and the project team, ensuring smooth communication and agreement on change orders.
Valuation & Forecasting: Prepare monthly valuations, cost forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Cost Tracking: Maintain up-to-date cost trackers for valuations, payments, and forecasts across CSA and M&E works.

Skills & Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within large-scale construction projects.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Attention to detail and analytical proficiency are essential.
Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating across departments and with external contractors.
