We're working with a market leading contractor who are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join their team on the delivery of a Hyperscale Data Centre Construction project in Finland.

Responsibilities

Manage the compound for all available storage areas on site.
Booking and Coordination of delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Sub Contractors to ensure their understanding of locations for all deliveries from off-site storage facility to the site in a safe manner and follow all instructions.
Maintain good organisational skills to ensure deliveries are coming to site on time
Attend pre-start meetings with sub-contractors
Prevent congestion and blockage of site roads, all loading and unloading of works-related vehicles must be within the compound.
Manage operatives to ensure the correct duties and responsibilities of health & safety and work ethics are being followed.
Record and trace labour allocation and work reports.

Requirements

3rd level qualification in an engineering or construction related field is desirable however strong trades background, with 2+ years' experience in a similar role
Strong, proven leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
In depth practical knowledge of managing loads, storage space, sub-contractors and operatives
