As part of the development of its Comfort and Driving Assistance Systems Business Domain, which improves safety and driving comfort while offering easy access and better visibility around the vehicle, Valeo is looking for a Cybersecurity Incident Coordinator, to be based in Créteil (France).
This coordinator manages the definition, execution and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity
incident process for all products with cybersecurity requirements. She/he ensures the cybersecurity product strategy fully covers customer security contracts and is correctly applied to all incidents in his scope. She/he identifies the related incidents, assigns or routes them to the Business Group incident management roles and ensures the follow-up until incident closure.
Defines of the Incident management security policy for Products and keeps up to date the Incident life cycle with respect to standards, regulation and state of the art evolution. This includes documentation creation, choice and maintenance of the tools for incident life-cycle support, continuous process improvement
Defines the Group response strategy for cybersecurity incidents based on the joint work with BG Security Officers.
Responsible for process effective implementation, has the authority to ensure that activities required to restore the expected cybersecurity level are performed:
Planning and coordinating of all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report execution. Verifies the organisation has planned the required resources for the incident management according to the security provisions from the customer contracts, at each annual budget construction or PMT.
Main external interface for all Incidents. Can delegate incident processing, depending on department maturity, but excepting high priority cases.
Supervises technical teams in order to resolve the issue within the defined SLA. In case the PL/PG does not have dedicated resources, s/he can pre-empt non-P1 resources depending on incident priority.
Coordinates the incident related activities with the SL manager for resource allocation, and CyberLab Officer for technical watch, vulnerability assessment, testing of security fixes, etc.
Responsible for timely business communications to all stakeholders as per defined communication template, including escalation if needed to management.
Ensure documentation of troubleshooting steps and service restoration details in tickets.
Ensure the closure of all resolved, end-user confirmed incidents in ticketing tool. Build KPIs.
Lets Talk About You
With an engineering school or equivalent degree software embedded , you benefit from at least 5 years of professional experience acquired in R&D in Automotive embedded products.
Significant experience in information security project management
Direct customer or supplier contact (>5 years)
Strong experience and knowledge in Cybersecurity particularly on embedded applications, wireless communications and cloud usage for embedded applications (> 5 years).
Experience in Risk management and cybersecurity incident management
Language: English. French or German are a plus.
Very good communication skills, empowerment, team player
