Keen to capitalise on considerable new commercial opportunities, they are looking to appoint a high calibre Export Sales professional to join their ambitious forward-thinking team, to further develop their export capability and expertise whilst increasing market penetration, sales and profitability.

The Role

In this newly created appointment, you will report to the Managing Director and key responsibilities includes:

driving and developing sales outside of the UK with new and existing customers
provide vision, direction and leadership for Export Sales
identify new countries and new markets for their premium flooring range
recommend the best routes to market
analyse trends and customer demands and will act as the conduit between commercial, operations and logistics for export sales across EMEA.
The Person

With a proven track record of Export Sales growth within flooring and a charismatic leader, your experience will demonstrate your skills in identifying and growing new business as well as managing key accounts.

Commercially astute, your CV will highlight your ability for negotiation and winning new business, identifying the best routes to market and expertise in exporting goods across EMEA. You will have experience of defining a strategy and responding to developing and expanding markets, whilst maintaining a passion for hands-on selling. You will have a proactive, positive attitude and be self-motivated, used to working from home, in the field and the office. You could be based anywhere in Europe.

All flooring experience will be considered. You will also ideally have a second European language.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre export sales professional with a strong background of selling flooring to move into a high-profile autonomous role to significantly grow business across EMEA.
