Your Role: 
As a Network System Engineer at Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in installing, managing, documenting, and administering our Network, Storage, Server, and Data Center environments.
Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, meeting business demands and exceeding expectations.
Your role extends to operations, performance, capacity management, and technology procurement, ensuring our network architecture—including Enterprise and Global networks, VoIP, DNS, and WAN technologies—operates at peak efficiency.
Please note: this position is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and will require you to live in the phoenix area. 
What You Will Do
Configure and operate Tessenderlo Group's Network, Storage, Server, and Data Center environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Develop, document, and maintain procedures, plans, and notes to support system configurations and operations.
Monitor performance and capacity to forecast IT needs, develop continuity plans, and ensure the team's skills are up to date.
Provide second-line support for incidents and changes, managing troubleshooting to restore operations swiftly.
Continuously analyze systems to recommend or implement improvements, enhancing global performance.
Participate in and lead IT projects, including upgrades, training, and troubleshooting, while also supporting network hardware, server, data storage, and workstations.
Assist in maintaining documentation of systems, processes, and procedures, and effectively communicate and collaborate with the IT Manager and team members.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional interactions with internal customers, management, and administration.
