Job role:

A talented Sales Professional is sought to sell in-store a wide range of watch and jewellery merchandise.

*

Importantly this individual must deliver a high level of client care which alongside ready- to- purchase items will include the offer of additional services such as bespoke jewellery design, consulting on repairs through to organising valuations.

*

Ever careful with handling stock you will instantly take on board all in-house procedures to ensure best customer service able to deliver a bright trading outcome for all.

*

Store visuals are ever reviewed so it is likely that a store area may be designated for your constant scrutiny – so a methodical detailed eye for correctness in all that you see would be beneficial.

*

There are opportunities to attend customer events and dinners which serve as a further opportunity for you to grow your professional credentials.

Requirements:

It’s not necessary to possess specific knowledge of the jewellery trade but ideally your retail success will be aligned to luxury goods, and you certainly possess an interest in beautiful watches and jewellery.

*

Familiarity with working with stock / CMS systems would be helpful.

*

You should possess an eagerness to acquire expert knowledge and a friendly demeanour to all those that you daily encounter.

*

Good written English skills are necessary as there is much documentation liaison both internally and with third party specialist trade suppliers.

*

Finally, you will enjoy making a real team difference through hard work and keenness to develop your career and alongside this you have the inner confidence to propose bright initiatives that may deliver further corporate gain.
