Software Implementation Consultant Enterprise Feedback Management and Customer Experience Analytics Software.

German and English Speaking. EMEA role. Home Based to suit candidate living in Europe

Extensive on-going travel throughout EMEA required (post Covid) . Big focus on German speaking customers.

Leading US owned global software analytics (BI) vendor requires experienced German and English language fluent Implementation Consultant to deliver and provide training and consultancy on their highly successful EFM/CX product.

The EFM/CX Consultant will position their cutting-edge Analytics tools within established markets, customers, partners and prospects and will:

Drive the revenues for EFM and CX in the territory

Work with sales and partners in all major customer EFM and/or CX deals

Drive and build EFM & CX pipeline through the use of seminars and direct marketing programmes

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the business issues related to EFM & CX in & outside the contact centre space

Drive and optimise the delivery of EFM & CX and associated consulting methodology and revenues, mainly directly but also indirectly with partners

Develop the Presence and credibility of the company in this space in the market

Assist in the management of all EFM & CX projects - working with and alongside project team allocated

Work at programme level and act as point of escalation on projects being deployed with this technology

Development, launch and subsequent updating of Enablement & optimisation offerings for EFM and CX

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong I.T. background with experience of working in a software related business

Strong knowledge of analytics software, CX and competitor organisations and their solutions across EMEA

Including knowledge of contact centre, EFM and CX products and markets (including trends) in the EMEA region

Fluent in both German and English language

Having a thorough understanding of the consulting process

Able to convey credibility at all levels within the company and partner and customer organisations

Able to work independently under general direction towards predetermined longer-term goals

Able to convey the ROI value of EFM and CX solutions from both a business and technical perspective

Able to motivate and enthuse other professionals at all levels within organisations

A degree level education in a relevant discipline is required and any relevant industry qualifications are desirable

Experience in statistical analysis or Business Intelligence solutions is an advantage

Experience of acting in a consultative role or in a consulting role, including the use of a structure consulting methodology

A high appreciation of the use of technology within the contact centre environment and the deployment of such technology in an operational environment

In addition you will need to be a great presenter of business proposition and be a passionate self-starter with a high degree of integrity, commercially astute with a meticulous attention to detail

Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse and present complex data in a clear fashion

Prior experience in presentation and demos of software based enterprise level applications is a distinct advantage
