Aufgabe Manage the Central Certification Body (CCB) by oversee its operations and ensure impartial interpretation and application of core accreditation rules. Create processes for uniform interpretation of accreditation rules and a unified technical review process. Deliver these services globally. Align and implement unified operation of the selected accreditations within the CCB, to enable de-risking of possible shortfall of single accreditation Establish programs for auditor qualification and development to enable cross acceptance of auditor qualificaions and to extend the auditor pool. Identify and lead a team of subject matter experts to operate the CCB, ensuring adherence to defined KPIs. Oversee certificate issuance, maintain major accreditations, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifikation Bachelor s degree in natural science, engineering, process engineering, computer science, or a related field. Knowledge of ISO 17021/17065/17029 and MD requirements. Minimum 5 years experience as head of a certification body with an IAF affiliated accreditation. ISO 9001 lead auditor with 5 years of auditing experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving combined with project management skills as well as experience leading organizational change management
