A highly driven and commercial savvy Head of European Sales is required to develop business and sales strategies across multiple European regions. Targeting large retailers (consumer channel) and successfully growing each region. You'll manage Regional Sales Managers across each country pushing them to success.

BASIC SALARY: €80,000-€90,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Head of European Sales- Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories
Over the years we have experienced enormous success and growth. Our core route to market is retail (Bricks and Mortar) with this in mind you'll focus on growing that consumer market across Europe- targeting large retail chains such as Carrefour, MediaMarkt, Media Saturn, Boulanger, Tesco and more.
You'll manage the major relationships between retail and your distribution partners, supporting each Regional Sales Manager.
However, to start with you will focus purely on growth, recruiting new channel and retail partners and securing global contracts.
You will be tasked with negotiating contracts and SLAs at senior level with new and existing partners across Europe. Whilst being fundamentally involved in the vision of the company and building the future of the business; positioning us as leaders in our field.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Head of European Sales - Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories
We are looking for a strong, commercially savvy Head of European Sales someone with entrepreneurial drive who understands the full life cycle of a business.
We are looking for candidates with the skill and determination to embed themselves in the future growth of the company.
As an experienced Head of European Sales, you will already have great experience developing sales within the Retail/Grocery, B2B and Online channels, ideally within Consumer Electronics, Accessories or IT Hardware.
You will have excellent leadership skills and be well respected by all.
Culture is exceptionally important, you need to be able to get on with your team, lead by example and have good work ethic.
You will be empathetic, passionate, driven, approachable with a flair for managing and leading a team to success.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Export Sales Manager, European Sales Manager, General Manager Sales, Head of Sales, Head of Europe, European Sales Director, Export Sales Director; consumer electronics, accessories, mobile accessories, mobile, telco, vendor, manufacturer, channel sales, consumer sales
