Customer Service Collections Specialist

Customer service role for German market, answering calls, negotiating and responding to emails. Full training provided, no necessary experience required aside from German speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities:
• Management of overdue loan portfolio from 1 DPD to debt sale
• Creating and updating recovery strategy for amicable collections stage
• Cooperation with External Debt recovery agencies,
• Phone calls and e-mails to customers that are past due,
• Negotiating and motivating customers to repay their debts,
• Interview reasons for delays in payments, establishing agreements on debt payments,
• Constant monitoring of payment agreements,
• Finding and updating data to debtors (skip tracing),
• Registering in computer programs Collections activities.

Expected skills and experience:
• Minimum Secondary education
• Customer service, Sales experience will be a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Good written, oral and reading communication skills
• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English (B2 Level required)
• Ability of the synthetic formulating thoughts, culture and precision of expression
Required - Languages- German (native or close to native)
