What you will be doing as the Technical Support Specialist:

. Supporting customers with technical questions

. Handling all documentation and inquiries about battery storage systems diagnostics

. You perform battery storage systems diagnostics

. You provide first class customer and partner support

. You independently organise and perform technical trainings for their partners

. You plan on-site assignments of the service and technician for fault and clearance and maintenance of battery storage systems

What you will bring:

. You have a passion for helping customers and or partners with at least one years' experience

. You have successful completed a technical degree or diploma (Such as electrotechnical or other engineering degree)

. Customer focused and passionate about giving excellent customer service

. Excellent phone manner and can show an empathetic attitude

. You think in a systematic and logical way

. You are fluent in English in written and spoken form

. You have good IT skills ( Office and Salesforce)
