About the opportunity

This is your opportunity to take responsibility for the entire recruitment process; from helping clients define what great looks like, to helping them make the right offer to the right person. You'll be helping candidates to find where they belong, where they can thrive - like you will do here. You'll cover every aspect of the process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to hiring managers and supporting the Senior Recruiter. You'll be able to confidently engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions. We'll also look to you for insights to develop sourcing strategies and which channels use to build relevant candidate pools. The candidate can work from home / remote.

About you

This won't be the first time that you've managed the full end to end recruitment process, but it will be the first time you've done so with such support, resources and as part of a team who genuinely cares about your success. It's important that you have solid stakeholder management and customer service skills. It's also essential that you're fluent in language and English, with excellent communication skills in both. Any other European language would be an advantage.
