- Operating and supporting the application systems for the STORE MANAGEMENT division
- Interface to the business consultants regarding the implementation of internal requirements of the Expansion, Real Estate Management, Maintenance and/or Construction departments
- 2nd level support for users in the specialist departments
- Introduction of new software modules in cooperation with service providers and software manufacturers
- Development of workflows and reports according to company standards
- Completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of MS SQL
- Ideally experience with CAFM tools
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Ability to work independently and analytically as well as a high level of personal responsibility
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
