Requirements:

- Comprehensive understanding of credit and accounting related processes, including parallel and subsequent processes particularly in the areas of organizational development, controlling, and reporting
- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations (CRR, KWG, MaRisk, etc.), information security (BAIT, BSI-Grundschutz), and data protection
- Practical experience in operational credit or participation business, credit-related staff functions, external and/or internal accounting is desirable
- Ability to recognize cross-departmental contexts and independently develop practicable and decision-ready solutions in coordination with relevant departments
- Service-oriented, constructive attitude, and teamwork with assertiveness
- Structured approach, concise communication of complex issues, conceptual strength, and persuasive power



Responsibilities:

- Management of IT basics for the accounting and credit department as well as operational credit areas
- Supervision of necessary process adjustments and various IT software applications in close coordination between the business department and IT
- Support for end users (e.g. authorization management)
- Implementation of new product and other adjustment processes in a technical and operational context; significant involvement in relevant projects with specialized and testing concepts, potentially in a project leadership role
- Constructive and creative involvement in the further development of the IT landscape of the company
- Reporting for internal and external stakeholders in the form of standard and special evaluations
