Working from the comfort of your home based anywhere at all in Greece, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to the German speaking B2B community that need help with trouble shooting around both their hardware as well as software issues.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in 2nd line Technical Support using your German language skills, that must be C2 together with at least B2 English in the following areas:

Office 365


Windows Operating Systems

Networking, Protocols, Authentication (Kerberos, NTLM) and DNS

Technical expertise with PowerShell

Experience reading logs like network capture
