personal manager / Facility Manager

I am looking for a facility manager to keep my house in a good condition and managing/ buying some things for me or my guests in local stores if needed. Therefore knowledge about gardening, technical and electrical things is a must. Speaking english is a must, best would be to speak german as well, because our guests are mostly germans. Driving license and located close to Kalavarda will is provided.
