As a Customer Support Representative, your mission will be to assist customers through phone, email and/or chat regarding different queries, to provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and to guide clients through the products’ features. All of this while delivering an amazing customer care experience!

 

In order to be successful in this role, you should possess:

 

  • Native or Proficient knowledge in one of the following languages: Italian, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Norwegian, Hebrew, Slovakian

  • Good level of English for training and communication purposes (B2);

  • Good computer and internet skills;

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Previous experience in Customer Care is a plus
