As a Customer Support Agent, your mission will include resolving customers’ queries via phone, email & chat, providing solutions and guiding users through the products’ features and functionalities. All of this while and delivering an amazing customer care experience!
In order to be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proficient knowledge of German;
- Good level of English (B2);
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Previous experience in Customer Care is a plus
