Security Services Document Verification Specialist

Job Purpose
A Security Services Document Verification Specialist is responsible for document handling/processing for the purpose of player account management and player verification on behalf of the Group. The Specialist is also responsible for escalating cases presenting potential fraud and reputational risk to the Group.
Key Service Responsibilities
• Validate and verify various player related documentation to comply with the Group’s licensing requirements in various locations
• Where relevant liaise directly with the Group’s players via multiple communication channels such as email and/or live chat to assist with account and document verification queries, providing fast, accurate and thorough responses to numerous contacts per shift using pre-approved templates
• Identify and escalate cases presenting potential fraud and reputational risk to the Group
• Any other duties as requested by the Support Services Manager
Skills and Capabilities
• Excellent command of English
• Strong customer service mentality with first-rate attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent command of professional writing
• Self-motivated, able to work as part of a busy team
• Ability to work in a high-volume work environment with excellent organisational skills
• Strong all round understanding of basic computer software especially Excel and Word
• Strong knowledge of international document verification and KYC processes
• Knowledge of the online gaming industry
• Previous banking /gaming industry experience
• Additional European languages are an asset
